Standard orders take 2–5 business days depending on quantity and product type. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee. Large format and custom packaging may take 5–10 days.

What file formats do you accept? +

We accept PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution JPG/PNG files (300dpi minimum for print). If you don't have print-ready files, our design team can help.

Do you offer design services? +

Yes! Our in-house design team can create or refine your artwork. Design fees start from KES 1,500 depending on complexity. We'll provide a design proof before printing.

What's the minimum order quantity? +

Minimums vary by product. Business cards start from 50 pcs, flyers from 100, merchandise from 10 pieces. Contact us if you need a smaller run — we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi? +

Yes, we deliver across Kenya and East Africa via courier. Countrywide delivery costs KES 600 for standard parcels. For large format orders, we'll quote separately based on size and destination.
